New Zealand’s High Commissioner to Sri Lanka and Maldives, David Pine, says the New Zealand government will fully support the development of many fields in Sri Lanka, including food safety, medical science research, sports, and tourism promotion programs.
He stated this when he recently met with the Minister of Health and Mass Media, Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa.
The High Commissioner further stated that Sri Lanka will continue to be supported in increasing the number of tourists coming to Sri Lanka annually and the opportunities for New Zealand investments in Sri Lanka.
