A meeting of party leaders in the Parliament is scheduled to be held on the 20th, states the Communication Department of the Parliament
Accordingly, the meeting will be headed by the Speaker, Mahinda Yapa Abeywardane, at 11.00 am that day.
As this is the first party leaders’ meeting to be held after the New Year, all party leaders have been informed to participate in this meeting, according to the report.
Meanwhile, the first parliamentary session after the New Year is scheduled to be held on the 25th.
