The Delta variant of covid-19 has spread dangerously in Colombo, the commercial capital of Sri Lanka and in the most densely populated city in the country, says Dr Chandima Jeewandara of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
Dr Jeewandara pointing out the spread of the Delta variant in the city of Colombo according to a chart through his Twitter account, states that these data were obtained by analyzing the PCR tests received by the university’s laboratories.
