Unite to build the country – NPP

The people who are battered by the rule of President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa’s government that has been disliked and opposed by the people in a very short period are called upon to unite around the National People’s Power (NPP) to build the country.
The Leader of the JVP Anura Dissanayake made this request at a media briefing held by the NPP in Colombo today (1st).
He emphasized that the NPP was ready to take responsibility for building the country. He said that NPP was ready to implement a program to gain power and called on the people to unite around it.
Not two fights but one! – Attorney-at-Law Lal Wijenayake

Lal Wijenayake, Attorney-at-Law of the NPP emphasized that building the country’s economy and winning democracy were not two struggles but one. He, therefore, called on the people to unite in the struggle to win the economy and democracy.

Do not fall prey to betrayal again – NPP MP Dr Harini Amarasuriya
Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, Member of Parliament for the NPP asked the people not to be deceived again by the reactionary forces attempting to mislead the people in the face of the current crisis in the country.

Although the government said it would build national security, it had become increasingly insecure to the family, at the workplace and among the community, and urged the people to unite around the NPP without succumbing to betrayals.
