The Communist Party of Sri Lanka, a partner of the SLPP government, has stated that it will vote against the Kotelawala Defense University Bill due to be taken for a vote in Parliament on the 6th of next month.
Weerasumana Weerasinghe, a Member of Parliament, has made this statement to the media in Matara yesterday (25th).
He has stated that the bill will harm free education and if relevant clauses are not amended, he will vote against it.
