General Secretary of SLPP Sagara Kariyawasam has sharply criticized Minister Gammanpila at a media briefing yesterday (13th) widening the divisions of the government that had intensified after increasing the price of fuel by the highest amount in the history of the country.
In response to a letter sent by Mr Sagara Kariyawasam calling for Gammanpila’s resignation, Mr Gammanpila has suggested that a Presidential Commission should be appointed to look into sending such a letter. Meanwhile, Minister Gammanpila has revealed about all the government leaders who participated in the decision to increase fuel prices.
