An official of the Ministry of Finance told ‘LankaTruth’ that there is no other option but to ‘reverse’ the decisions taken by the government from time to time as they are taken without even considering the basic factors such as the daily milk requirement of Sri Lanka, the capacity of local milk production and plans to increase milk production.
