It is reported that President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has stated at the Presidential Task Force on Anti-Corruption meeting held today that he has no intention of closing down the country despite the spread of corona disease.
The President further stated that the number of patients seen daily despite the reduction in daily PCR tests is over 2000 and the country will not be shut down even if the daily corona deaths exceed the 90 marks and the health sector should take necessary action.
