If the Phosphate Company is to remain under the Ministry of Agriculture, the Department of Irrigation should be under the Ministry of Agriculture in the same sense, so the Department of Irrigation which is currently under Chamal Rajapaksa, should also be under the Ministry of Agriculture says Minister Vasudeva Nanayakkara.
