The land where the Kollupitiya Super Market is situated has been taken over by the Urban Development Authority from today (27th). The land and the supermarket belonged to Colombo Municipality.
The land has been taken over with a special gazette issued with the signature of Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa as the Minister of Urban Development and Housing Mahinda Rajapaksa.
