The case filed by the Bribery Commission against former Navy Commander Wasantha Karannagoda and Yoshitha Rajapaksa, alleging corruption over sending Yoshitha Rajapaksa for training at the UK Royal Naval College without required qualifications, was called before the Colombo High Court today (17).
Defendants Wasantha Karannagoda and Yoshitha Rajapaksa, who are currently out on bail, appeared before the court during the proceedings.
After considering the facts presented, the court ordered the case to be called for a pre-trial conference.
