The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has been authorized to detain former State Intelligence Service (SIS) Director, retired Major General Tuan Suresh Sallay, for an additional 90 days for further interrogation regarding the Easter Sunday terror attacks.
He was previously detained for questioning under two separate 90-day detention orders related to the ongoing investigations.
