Three women who directly or indirectly aided financial crimes committed during the reign of the Rajapaksa family are currently facing ongoing investigations.
Among those being investigated are Daisy Forest (commonly known as ‘Daisy Achchi’), Niomali Chandrasena, and Janaki Siriwardhana.
Meanwhile, former First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa, who led the group, has fled the country.
