Iran has launched intensive retaliatory strikes against the Al-Tanf US Special Operations Command Center in Syria, marking the sixth consecutive day of escalating hostilities following the collapse of the US-Iran ceasefire agreement.
This operation represents the first time Iran has successfully targeted remote US military installations since the conflict erupted five months ago, following a joint military campaign initiated by the United States and Israel against Iran on February 28.
Meanwhile, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has officially announced that the strategic Strait of Hormuz will remain closed until further notice, further intensifying regional geopolitical tensions.
