Alliance of Water Supply Joint Trade Unions has decided to continue the trade unon action that started on March 13 since the water supply workers did not receive any acceptable response from the authorities despite the continuous trade union action.
Accordingly, all the executives, including the engineers, continue the work to rule campaigns. The administration has been given a week’s time and strict action will be taken if no acceptable response is received.
The employees will boycott all management meetings, progress meetings. Not provide reports,will not carry out tender evaluations related to the purchase of goods and services and will not programme water supply disconnections.
