It has been warned that the bakery industry, including making bread, will collapse due to a lack of gas and quality wheat flour.
Bakery Owners Association has issued this warning pointing out that about 3,500 of the 7,000 bakeries in the country have already been made inactive due to gas shortages.
Meanwhile, imports of wheat grains and flour from China, Russia, India, and Bangladesh instead of high-quality grains from the United States and Canada have caused serious problems in bakery food production. Due to the shortage of dollars, the import of quality wheat flour has been limited.
