President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has nominated High Court Judges Navaratne Marasinghe and Manjula Tilakaratne to fill the existing vacancies in the Court of Appeal.
The nominations were forwarded to the Constitutional Council today (22) for approval.
The promotions will take effect upon receiving official endorsement from the Council.
