A discussion between the representatives of the Government Medical Officers Association (GMOA) and the Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya took place yesterday (24) afternoon at the Prime Minister’s Office.
The Prime Minister has focused her attention on the problems faced by doctors and the health system. GMOA has also presented its plan for maintaining a good health service to the Prime Minister.
According to the Prime Minister’s Media Division, the President of the GMOA, Dr. Sanjeeva Tennakoon, its Secretary, Prabhat Sugathadasa, and a group of representatives of its Executive Council participated in the event.
