The Supreme Court issued an interim order today (24) preventing the implementation of the community consultation committees appointed to carry out the government’s development programmes.
The order was issued when the fundamental rights case was called again today, which has been filed asking for the issuance of an order to the Secretary and others to act by the letter sent by the Election Commission to the Secretary to the President requesting that the candidates who have submitted their nominations for the local government elections be instructed to ensure that public resources are not allocated to promote their activities.
