NPP leader Anura Dissanayake has suggested four days to choose a suitable date for the proposed debate with SJB leader Sajith Prenamadasa.
This has been officially informed in a letter to SJB General Secretary Ranjith Madhuma Bandara signed by the NPP’s National Executive Member, Dr Nalinda Jayatissa.
The letter informs that one of the dates of May 07, 09, 13, or 14 would be suitable for the debate, and after the specific date is selected, the time, duration, place and TV channel for the debate could be discussed as the second step.
