President Ranil Wickramasinghe has removed Pohottu Party Member of Parliament Roshan Ranasinghe from his ministries, and the vacant posts were given to Minister Pavithra Vanniarachchi and Minister Harin Fernando.
Accordingly, Minister Harin Fernando has been given the Sports and Youth Affairs post in addition to his current ministerial posts of Tourism and Lands. Also, Minister Pavithra Vanniarachchi has been given the post of Irrigation in addition to her present ministerial posts of Wildlife and Forest Resources Conservation.
The Presidential Media Division also states that the two ministers took the oath of the new ministerial posts before President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
