The case recently filed before the Supreme Court by the Inter Company Employees’ Union against the sacrifice of the Employees’ Provident Fund under the guise of local debt restructuring is scheduled to be heard on the 13th of this month.
The case has been filed by Wasantha Samarasinghe, President of the Inter Company Employees Union.
