The Human Rights Commission has decided to investigate a petition submitted that there has been a violation of the human rights of the people due to the shortage of medicines and the increase in the price of medicines.
The Doctors Union Alliance for Medical and Civil Rights has filed this petition and has named the Secretary of Health, the Director General of Health Services and the Drug Regulatory Authority as respondents in the petition.
