The Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) has given Litro and Laugh gas companies permission to release gas to the market from today (5th) under three conditions. They are: Not issue gas imported previously.
To contain mercaptan to detect odours in accordance with the standard before issuing new stocks.
After inspecting and numbering one out of every 100 gas cylinders in the manufacturing process and handing over to the Consumer Affairs Authority.
The Consumer Affairs Authority states that the relevant companies should work to ensure that the gas is processed under the supervision of the committee and that the committee should be allowed to inspect the gas production process at any time.
