There is a slight increase in the number of pregnant mothers infected with covid – 19, says Director of Family Health Bureau Specialist Dr Chitramali de Silva.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that the spread of the covid virus has increased among school children. It was reported yesterday (5th) that there has been an increase in the spread of covid among young children.
The specialist doctor said that this situation may have arisen due to the freedom of movement of the people with the removal of travel restrictions and stressed that going on trips, especially with small children, should be restricted for a certain period of time.
