The entire university community has organized a joint agitation today (5th) from 12.00 noon to 01.00 pm in support of the struggle started by the teachers.
They emphasize that they will unconditionally support the teacher-principal struggle.
Teachers and principals have launched a trade union struggle demanding the repeal of the National Kotelawala Act, the provision of online facilities to underprivileged students, the elimination of teacher-principal salary anomalies and the allocation of 6% for education.
