Govt. MP Tissa Vitarana has revealed how the virus experts in the country were not used to control covid.
He made this revelation on the 24th while joining the ‘Sirasa Satana’ political dialogue. He further pointed out that the request made by him and senior virus expert Kirimali Fernando was not included in the control of the corona epidemic, and their expertise was not made use of as they had refused to join the Waythmaga organization.
Prof. Tissa Vitarana further stated that to control corona, a Corona Suppression Committee should be appointed in every village with suitable people. He also stressed the need to set up an all-party committee to take decisions at the national level.
