Media briefing, while being quarantined, against Kotelawala Act

Leaders of the arbitrarily quarantined students’ movement say that the struggle will not end until the Kotelawala Act, which privatizes and militarizes free education in the country, is torn down.
They made this observation convening a joint press conference from the Quarantine Center this afternoon (10). The convener of the Joint Unemployed Graduate Center, Ven. Thenne Gnanananda Thera, Media Secretary of the National Bhikkhu Front, Ven. . Koswatte Mahanama Thera, and Joseph Stalin, President of the Ceylon Teachers’ Union stated that the struggle will not end until the Kotelawala Act is torn down, no matter what the obstacles are.
