Amendment Bill Gazetted"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The draft bill amending the Judicature Act, regarding the revision of the retirement age for High Court, District Court, and Magistrates&#8217; Court judges, has been officially published via gazette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accordingly, the bill proposes to raise the mandatory retirement age for all judges and magistrates to 62 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, it also proposes to increase the total number of High Court judges from 110 to
