Officials from the Commission stated that Senaratne had repeatedly avoided summons and failed to cooperate with the probe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the Magistrate stressed that an arrest warrant could not be issued without reviewing the necessary investigative documents.
