The Divisional Secretary had gone to look into an issue regarding land belonging to the government.<br \/>According to a complaint that a group of people had entered a government-owned land on the old Mannar road in Puttalam and were carrying out construction by erecting fences illegally, the Divisional Secretary had gone to the scene with the administrative Grama Sewaka and the Grama Sewaka in charge of the domain to investigate.
