{"id":20799,"date":"2023-04-24T12:33:14","date_gmt":"2023-04-24T07:03:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lankatruth.com\/en\/?p=20799"},"modified":"2023-12-02T21:51:06","modified_gmt":"2023-12-02T16:21:06","slug":"petition-from-former-ag-to-court-of-appeal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lankatruth.com\/en\/?p=20799","title":{"rendered":"Petition from former AG to Court of Appeal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Former Attorney General Dappula de Livera has filed a petition in the Court of Appeal regarding the summons issued to him by the Terrorist Investigation Division to obtain a statement.<br \/>Former Attorney General was informed by letter on two occasions to appear before the Terrorist Investigation Division on the 19th and 21st to obtain a statement regarding his comments on the Easter attack. As he did not participate on both occasions, the hearing was postponed again.
