He had stated that it was due to pressure that he previously said to the Inland Revenue Department that he had provided the funds for constructing the house.<br \/>He stated this testifying before the High Court in the case filed against the current Finance Minister Basil Rajapaksa for misusing government funds to build the house.<br \/>Muditha Jayakody has stated that his company paid the income tax on the house and that the Rajapaksa Foundation office had submitted the application for permission to construct the house.<br \/>The case has been adjourned until March 11.
